Los Angeles plastic Surgeon Sherwin Schwartz described Joan River's latest surgery a "complete success." "I have been working with Joan for the past 15 years and I think there isn't a part of her body we haven't enhanced."
"This process was the most intense as we had no original skin to work with," Schwartz said. We purchased skin from the thighs of two young Honduran boys to complete the process. As a result, Joan may have the tightest ass of any celebrity in Hollywood."
Schwartz went on to say that initially there was a bit of concern that Rivers analplasty actually pulled the left side of her mouth down. Schwartz believes that this is just a temporary situation as the donor skin needs to be "broken in a bit."
