New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin announced this morning that he will be re-opening the "Lost" City of Atlantis. Nagin said "This city is not lost. It never was lost. It was just marketing spin from people that didn't want the city to make a profit. We have people to feed and businesses to run. A little water never stopped me from working and it shouldn't stop anybody else either."
Nagin then doggy paddled his way back to his undersea cave.
