One of the creepiest clowns of all time passed away today. Clarabell the Clown, the personal nightmare of millions of children, and the best friend of therapists nationwide, was best known for being Buffalo Bob's personal ball scratcher on the Howdy Doody show. The Peanut Gallery will rest easier tonight.
