Regular readers of this site know that I am not a big fan of the Hollywood lifestyle. But there is a trend brewing that I can get behind -- proudly displaying one's band medals. Now while I think there is something to be said for actually earning a band medal, let's face it, not everyone can play Sailing by Christopher Cross on the French Horn well enough to win. That's why there is music in motion.
Below you will find some of the band medals I have won by playing my alto clarinet. I am working on some exercises to strengthen my back. Now that they are in fashion again, I hope to add these to my suits and wear them to work.
