Each day this week I will share with you, my loyal reader, something I am grateful for. Today I am going to keep the bar low. I am grateful I have never had to watch the movie Get Shorty. I guess the same can be said for about 10 or more John Travolta movies, but this one looks like it could be one of the worst. God, thank you for allowing me to escape the wrath of this movie.

But Dennis Farina beat a guy's head in with one of those old-fashioned rotary phones in that movie.
Watch this and you won't have missed anything.
(Gene Hackman is a hollywood slimeball who thinks he can bullshit a mobster.)
Also, Rene Russo is a fairly attractive if somewhat manly-looking actress. Not that I find manly-looking women attractive. What I meant was...oh, rats.
