Yep, that's Babarino in the cockpit of his Boeing 707. It has three dining rooms and seats 179 people, so there is more than enough room for all of his fans. At first I thought he was dressed as a captain for a movie he was shooting. No. That's just what he wears when he flies. He is the best.
