Weekend at Bennie's has concluded and it seems that there is one thing the Cardinals have learned... the public loves it when a Pope dies. That's why the Conclave of Cardinals made a bold move, and for the first time ever, named a dead man Pope. Within hours of the announcement, Ebay was flooded with commemorative plates, statues, t-shirts, G-strings, and back scratchers.
One item that didn't escape our eye was "commemorative Pope Benedict XVI Candy." The candy, shaped like a child's sucker, features a hard candy coating that surrounds "holy nougat." It's called the "Blow Pope" and is available exclusively at Minnesota Fabrics stores nationwide. This truly is a special piece of candy.
