Have you been to Canada recently? Are you by chance missing a foot or two? If so, Canadian police might be able to help you. If you haven't checked your feet in a while, why not take the time now to do so? Just look down at the bottom of each leg. If you see two feet (total), chances are you don't need to contact the Canadian authorities. If you see one foot or less, it might be worth the effort.
