Haven't we all wanted to take action against the City of Dayton for odor issues? I know I have shipped a case or two of Airwicks, Febreeze, and Clinical Strength Secret to the city, but the smell still lingers. I did once receive a letter from the City of Dayton blaming a stray dog for the odor. I don't buy it a bit.
